Thanks Ken
Thank you for finding us a beautiful home. You're skill, expertise and great business sense, enabled me to purchase the home I wanted at the price I wanted. I think it is very difficult to have those 2 things!

Ken - I also loved your sense of humor - in those tense moments - a sence of humor surely makes life fun!

Thanks for a Job Well Done
We would like to thank Ken Bergren for a job very well done. We moved to the Bay area late February just before the economic conditions took a nose dive. Times were rough and the housing market was slowing down. To make things worse, our house backed up to the side of a shopping strip mall, which was a letdown for most buyers who had quite a bit of choice in a market with quite a few homes. Ken, used his experience and often held open houses on weekends to convince potential buyers. His persistence and quality work resulted in a sale. We commend him for this task. Besides demonstrating a good work ethic, we found Ken to be a very likeable and sociable person who is very easy to work with.

We would certainly recommend him to our friends and family in the future.

Thank you Ken for your efforts..

I am writing to commend Ken Bergren, a realtor with your organization. Ken was the realtor for the recent sale of our home and the purchase of a condo. We were most pleased with the service he provided.

We were impressed most by his attention to detail, his approach to marketing our home and the fact that he was always available, even on weekends. Our messages were answered in a timely manner. He was present for home inspection and accompanied us on several visits to the condo  prior to and during the purchasing process.  He followed the sales through escrow and closing and kept us informed along the way. Ken is a true professional and a credit to your organization.

We think Ken did a tremendous job for us. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone seeking a competent, professional realtor with a great personality.
